Christmas Sessions are now officially open and booking for 2024. You can visit here for frequently asked questions if you are new to booking with us.
Dates - Sessions will kicking off at the end of October and throughout November, no date has been decided upon as yet for closing sessions but at this stage except it is expected to be the end of November. Earlier time slots will allow more variety for ordering and items arriving in time for Christmas.
For my regular clients who plan on upgrading please see our VIP Session type below. They are catered for you so we can be a little more flexible with shooting time, viewing and also dates and times.

2024 Christmas Set
The set this year is very similar to last years set, but this year is a little bigger with a pop of champagne and peachy pinks to add a beautiful depth.
And we have a new addition of a beautiful rattan bed with a simple set that allows for the option of a pop of red with cushions or keeping it simple and white. This also means that there is even less room for spectators of photos so we do ask that only those participating in photos come along to sessions. With the exception of parents (or a helper for those single parents). Extra people can get in the way of lighting and in the background of photos so we ask to keep people to a minimum.
For those who are new, please know that all of my sets are real, meaning everything is planned & styled before sessions open up with no backdrops used. I much prefer to create a magical Christmas Wonderland, seeing little peoples eyes light up when they see it makes it so worth while. This is also why my Christmas sessions are done over a limited time only because even though I would love to keep it up right through to Christmas, it literally takes up the entire studio.
The Christmas set will be as seen in the images on this page however I have been making minor adjustments. I try to keep my breakable ornaments etc up out of little hands reach & have some little Christmas items that they are able to interact with if they wish.
If you have a prop like a beautiful teddy bear or something along those lines that you would like to incorporate into your session to add that personal touch feel free to do so (obviously bearing in mind we are limited on time and space so small items only).
I use a mix of natural light and faux lighting depending on the time of the session and lighting conditions at the time. Meaning lighting will look a little different for every session.
PET SESSIONS
We understand that our furbabies are a special part of the family. So this year I am excited to be able to offer Pet Christmas Sessions again. The set will have some changes to be suitable. They will be held in the last week of November including one weekend date. They can also be done for those who book VIP sessions, but please let me know if you would like to do this since we will need to make sure we have time to clean the set if I have other sessions on the same day.
Obviously, working with animals and children can be difficult, so we ask that you consider whether your pet is suitable. If they can follow a few basic commands and are toilet trained this generally isn’t an issue at all. Small dogs are much easier than large dogs when it comes to this. You are welcome to bring a few of their favourite small treats if you think they are needed. We will have a few in the studio.

Please note - Weekend Appointments will have a minimum upgrade amount of $100
Weekend sessions will show up in the booking calendar with the $100 minimum upgrade amount shown as this will need to be paid before your session. You will then have a $100 Credit for ordering on the day, please be sure to select this session type for weekend dates

To Book a VIP Christmas Portrait Session you will find a breakdown of all the details here. These are booked by appointment as I have a select amount of extra weekend dates available for VIP sessions only.
The Studio
Based in Warnbro, please note we moved last year so if you haven’t been in since the move be sure to read over the new location details. It isn’t as big as the last studio so space is limited with the set taking over most of the room.
The guide you receive will have the new address and parking instructions.
I am not as lucky with parking space here so it is important to read over
thoroughly to see parking options and arriving early on the day of your session to ensure you are not late.
Terms & Conditions of booking*
PAYMENT - Your booking fee ($95) is non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend.
Sessions are non-refundable and full session fee is charged if cancelled within 72 hours.
Sessions are for immediate family ONLY, no extended families such as cousins, nieces, or Grandparents are allowed. If you wish to do this this needs to be discussed with Kristy prior to booking as it may need another session booked. But all situations are a little different so each situation will be assessed accordingly.
If you are unwell please do not come to the studio, You need to contact us straight away and we always try to reschedule.
If you choose not to pay all of the session fee now or 72 hours prior you agree to bring the remaining in cash on the day. No eftpos etc will be available prior to your session.
You understand that your selection on the day cannot be changed. Selections are final and any upgrades need to be paid on the day. No late orders will be taken.
Prepayment plans will be available for those wishing to upgrade and pay it off prior to the session date.
If you are late for your session, this will affect the shooting time due to back-to-back sessions. No extra time or a different time slot will be appointed. If you are more than 5 Minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your session and you understand that no refunds will be given.
LOCATION - Warnbro Western Australia. Full address with parking details will be in your guide to be emailed after booking.
Pickup of products will be a few selected days after they arrive. This is expected to be around 3-4 weeks after your session however the later your session is the longer production & postage will take due to being peak Christmas Season.
Ready To Book?
If you are new to booking please follow the following steps -
See Booking Calendar below & select your session type (either weekend spot, weekday or Pet Session). Please note, some dates can be booked for VIP’s but more are available for VIP’s by appointment so get in contact.
Days and Times will show up as to what is open and available (if a time vanishes, someone else has booked it).
Please note that I may add extra dates as bookings come through. However, I usually wait until I start and can assess how I am managing with editing, etc. I will never over-commit myself, as I want all clients to receive the best possible service. Feel free to. check-in after a week if none of the standard session times work for you.
Select the date and time that works best for you and follow the prompts to confirm your booking. For pet sessions please make sure you select weekend to select a weekend date so the correct price shows. If not, you will still be invoiced for the total amount.
Deposit - This year you wont pay the deposit during the booking process however this needs to be done straight away to confirm your spot. You will receive an email confirming your booking which will have the link to your invoice and client portal. Please note, the invoice will say the full session fee amount however $95 will secure your session date. Remaining due prior to your session.
IMPORTANT - You will need to make your deposit within 48 hours which is $95. If the deposit isn't received, we reserve the right to cancel your session. The payment link can be found on your confirmation email. Your session will not be secured until payment is received.
Troubleshooting - If you have any issues with seeing the booking calendar be sure to try a different device/browser.

PLEASE select the session best suited to you. Deposits are $95 for each session type and need to be paid within 48 hours.
Please check junk folder for your invoice which will be sent to you immediately after booking.
If you do no receive this you need to contact us straight away as you may have entered the wrong email.
Our Pricing and Preparation Guides will be accessible through your Client Portal which can be accessed through your invoice and or contract.
New dates will only be added as I assess the dates etc booked. So please don’t wait for new dates to become available as we do not have an end date currently. However, Pet Sessions will take over the studio for the last week in November so the set will be changing then. If you don’t see a date that works feel free to reach out. Please note, it isn’t often that I am able to add any more weekend dates only for VIP sessions but have some flexibility early on for weekdays.

Pet Session Christmas Bookings
Last week in November - these can be booked for those without pets if dates work best for you. The earlier the session for no children the better.
