Christmas Portraits Now Booking
Christmas Sessions are now officially open and booking for 2023. You can visit here for frequently asked questions if you are new to booking with us.
Dates - Sessions will be running during October and early November, no date has been decided upon as yet for closing sessions but at this stage is expected to be mid November. Earlier time slots will allow more variety for ordering and items arriving in time for Christmas.
For my regular clients who plan on upgrading please see our VIP Session type below. They are catered for you so we can be a little more flexible with shooting time and viewing and also dates and times.

Update - 15th October 2023
The first and second releases are FULLY BOOKED. New dates and times have been added to the Booking Calendar. If you don’t see a day and time that works for you feel free to contact us. At this stage, no further weekend dates will be added with the exception of VIP sessions. Weekday we have some flexibility but this won’t last long.
2023 Christmas Set
This year I have created one large set that will create a few different looks within that one set.
A large section is White Christmas with neutral colours including champagne & silver which tends to work well with most clients styling colours and choices whilst one section has a pop of red & gold. For those who are new, please know that all of my sets are real, meaning everything is planned & styled before sessions open up with no backdrops used. I much prefer to create a magical Christmas Wonderland, seeing little peoples eyes light up when they see it makes it so worth while. This is also why my Christmas sessions are done over a limited time only.
The Christmas set will be as seen in these images on this page however I may make minor adjustments as I prepare for clients to come in. I try to keep my breakable ornaments etc up out of little hands reach & have some little Christmas items that they are able to interact with if they wish.
If you have a prop like a Christmas teddy or something along those lines that you would like to incorporate into your session to add that personal touch feel free to do so (obviously bearing in mind we are limited on time and space so small items only). We are not offering Pet Sessions this year however for small dogs we may be able to make an exception for sessions held before the end of October.
I use a mix of natural light and faux lighting depending on the time of the session and lighting conditions at the time.
Please note, this year pet sessions will not be available. I hope to have them back in 2024.

Please note - Weekend Appointments will have a minimum upgrade amount of $100

The Studio
This year I am in a new studio but still in Warnbro so not far at all.
The guide you receive will have the new address and parking instructions.
I am not as lucky with parking space here so it is important to read over
thoroughly to see parking options and arriving early on the day of your session to ensure you are not late.
Terms & Conditions of booking*
PAYMENT - Your booking fee is non refundable but can be transferred to a friend.
Sessions are for immediate family ONLY, no extended families such as cousins, nieces, Grandparents are allowed. If you wish to do this this needs to be discussed with Kristy prior to booking as it may need another session booked.
If you are unwell please do not come to the studio, You need to contact us straight away.
If you choose not to pay all of the session fee now or 72 hours prior you agree to bring the remaining in cash on the day. No eftpos etc will be available prior to your session.
You understand that your selection on the day cannot be changed. Selections are final and any upgrades need to be paid on the day. No late orders will be taken.
Prepayment plans will be available for those wishing to upgrade and pay it off prior to the session date.
If you are late for your session, this will affect the shooting time due to back to back sessions. No extra time or a different time slot will be appointed. If you are more than 5 Minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your session and you understand that no refunds will be given.
LOCATION - Warnbro Western Australia. Full address with parking details will be in your guide to be emailed after booking.
Pickup of products will be a few selected days after they arrive. This is expected to be around 3-4 weeks after your session however the later your session is the longer production & postage will take due to being peak Christmas Season.
Ready To Book?
If you are new to booking please follow the following steps -
See Booking Calendar below & select your session type (either weekend spot, VIP or weekday)
Days and Times will show up as to what is open and available (if a time vanishes, this means that someone else has booked it).
Please note bookings will close after 25 bookings are made at which point I will reassess opening up more spots.
Select the date and time that works best for you and follow the prompts to pay your deposit
You will receive an email confirming your booking and following that a welcome email with access to our Client Portal with full guides for the day.
Troubleshooting - If you have any issues with seeing the booking calendar be sure to try a different device/browser.

Our Pricing and Preparation Guides will be sent to you within 48 hours of booking.
Please note there is a possibility of a few school holiday sessions in coming weeks however this will only be given the go ahead once I am 110% happy with the Christmas Set. If you would prefer a school holiday spot please contact me directly and I will see if I can make it happen for you.
