Why Every Woman should Have one at least once in their lives

For too long I think there has been a total misconception about Boudoir sessions and what they are and why women do them. Of course art is subjective and every photographer has their own take on what it means to them. Hence why I thought I would write this blog!

You see specialising in Boudoir for the past few years has taught me so much. And one of those was the reason WHY I wanted to do them in the first place. And that is simple - to EMPOWER every day women. You see when someone comes in for an experience they all have some form of growth. For some it is much bigger than others. But there is no doubt that every woman experiences it.

You see we all live in our little comfort zone or as I like to call it our little safety bubble.

Coming out of that zone a little takes us into the fear zone where unfortunately too many ladies get stuck. You see this is the zone where we worry about other peoples opinions, we find excuses why we shouldn’t do it. This is where the misconception of what it actually is comes into play.

And don’t worry this isn’t just for something like a Boudoir Experience, this happens to everyone whenever we are faced with something that can push us into a new growth phase. But of course if we never leave our little bubble, then we never allow ourselves to grow. And well that is just boring. It is in our nature to want to grow and develop. And guess what?! If you have someone in your life whom has a strong opinion. Stop and think about their motive. Because they are usually the ones that are stuck in their little bubbles and with you doing something outside of your comfort zone makes them feel uncomfortable because they are not ready that growth.

That is one of the reasons I call these empowerment sessions. Taking hold of that fear and turning it into something beautiful! So what will you take away from a Boudoir experience with us over at Boudoir By Kristy Lee?
